1Acceptance of Terms

2Player Eligibility

3Account Registration and Security
To access the betjb platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information in your account profile and for updating it promptly if it changes. betjb may request documentary evidence at any time to verify the information you have provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. betjb will not be responsible for losses suffered as a result of your account credentials being used by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge. You must notify betjb immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The following account security obligations apply:
- Choose a strong, unique password for your betjb account that you do not use for any other online service. betjb recommends a password containing a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not access your betjb account from a shared or public device without clearing the browser cache and logging out completely after each session.
- betjb will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to ask for your full password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to betjb support.
betjb reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered using false or misleading information, or that is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms. In such cases, betjb will retain any winnings generated during the period of misuse and may report relevant details to appropriate authorities.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
betjb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. betjb does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Funds deposited to betjb are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. betjb targets a processing time of 10 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Withdrawals to bank cards may take longer depending on the issuing institution. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. betjb reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per day; any applicable limit will be communicated to the player within the account settings.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed once any active bonus wagering requirement associated with the funds to be withdrawn has been met in full.
- betjb may request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or if the account has not previously completed a KYC review. Withdrawals will be held pending until documentation is satisfactorily received.
- betjb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal recipient must match the registered account holder name and the registered payment method.
Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn at any time subject to the identity verification requirements described above. betjb does not apply a fee to withdrawals, but your mobile wallet or bank may deduct its own transfer charges on the receiving end.
5Bonuses and Promotions
betjb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly superseded by the specific terms attached to a particular promotion:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitute a breach of these Terms.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement at betjb is 25x the bonus amount.
- betjb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already deposited in response to that promotion, betjb will honour any bonus already credited to the player's account at the time of cancellation.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire 7 days after issue unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal unless the promotion explicitly states that winnings are cash.
betjb uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting, arbitrage betting, and the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses. If abuse is detected, betjb reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
6Responsible Gaming

- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using betjb for any form of money laundering. betjb is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with any official investigation.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the betjb platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to providing a false date of birth, false identity documents, or a payment method not registered in your name.
betjb monitors all account activity for compliance with these prohibitions. Suspected violations will be investigated, and accounts may be suspended during the investigation period. The outcome of any investigation conducted by betjb is final and binding on the player.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the betjb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of betjb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of betjb.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the betjb platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without the express written consent of betjb. betjb's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not betjb's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits betjb.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from: interruption to service; failure of third-party payment systems (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket); errors in game outcomes caused by software faults of third-party providers; or your reliance on any information or content published on the platform.
betjb's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your betjb account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit betjb's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by betjb's own gross negligence.
10Privacy
betjb's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the betjb Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 11Amendments to These Terms
betjb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betjb will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the betjb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your betjb account before the amendment takes effect. To close your account, contact betjb customer support via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course provided all KYC requirements have been met.
12Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betjb holds its operating authorisation. betjb will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute raised by a player informally in the first instance, through its customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
